Hess Solutions is hiring one Service Advisor for a dealership client in Jersey City, NJ. You will be the main point of contact for customers who bring in their vehicles for service.

What you'll do
• Greet customers and listen to their service needs
• Write up repair orders accurately
• Explain recommended work and costs in plain terms
• Work with technicians to keep jobs moving
• Update customers on progress and let them know when their vehicle is ready
• Follow up to make sure customers are happy with their visit

• Clear, friendly communication with customers
• Ability to explain repairs in simple language
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Steady attitude when the service drive gets busy
• Service or customer-facing experience is helpful
