What does it cost a dealership?
You pay a placement fee only when someone we found starts, and we agree on that fee in writing before we begin. You can also choose a retained search with a dedicated effort.
What if a placement doesn't work out?
If someone we place leaves or isn't the right fit within 30 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.
Where do you find people the job boards don't?
Most of the people we place weren't applying anywhere. We reach working technicians, advisors and managers directly, through referrals, our own network and local tech schools, and only bring them to you once they're interested.
How quickly can you fill a seat?
You'll usually see your first screened candidates within two weeks. Hard-to-find roles, like master diesel techs or fixed ops directors, can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Do job seekers ever pay anything?
Never. Dealerships pay us. We don't charge you, and we don't take anything out of your paycheck.
Will my current boss find out I'm looking?
Not from us. We don't share your name with any dealer until you've said yes to that specific job.
